Throughout the year, service members will compete in various athletic events, earning points for their respective branches. At the end of the series in December, one branch will be crowned the Commander’s Cup Champion.

July 26 – Bowling Tournament: A classic team challenge where strikes and spares add up to victory.

August 23 – Volleyball Tournament: Rally your teammates for 6-on-6 indoor matches in a friendly but fierce battle for points.

September 11, 15-16, 18 – Basketball Tournament: Fast-paced 5-on-5 full-court competition where teamwork, skill, and strategy win the game.

October 18 – Iron Circuit Competition: Push your limits in a high-intensity strength and endurance circuit training session. Compete individually, contribute as a team.

November 24–27 – Ultimate Football: Speed, agility, and coordination take center stage in this non-contact game that combines elements of football and soccer.

December 5 – Holiday Parade Float Competition: Show off your branch’s creativity and holiday spirit as part of our festive parade tradition.

- 3-on-3 Tournament:
- Sep 25 – Tournament continues with competitive matchups, starting at 5:30 PM.

- Nov 20 – Teams battle for bragging rights and advancement, starting at 5:30 PM.
- Dec 18 – Final rounds close out the year in high-energy play, starting at 5:30 PM.

- Open Court Basketball:
- Every Monday and Wednesday –Open Court Basketball Pick Up Games. This is a 5x5 format. Anyone can join so bring your basketball shoes and enjoy a good sweat and recreational environment. Weekly: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

The Intramural Sports Program coordinates and manages intramural athletics, sporting events, and tournaments, providing Soldiers, families, retirees, and authorized patrons with the chance to stay active, compete, and connect through sports.
