Authorized patrons may bring up to five guests, but all guests must be registered at the Visitor Control Center (VCC).

What is the MWR Card Program?
The MWR Card Program allows civilians to become members and access select facilities and programs, including Bingo Nights.

Only authorized patrons may attend Fort Buchanan MWR Bingo. Each authorized patron may bring up to five guests.

Authorized patrons include Active Duty, Retirees, Reserve Military and their families, National Guard, and DoW Civilians, and MWR Card Program Members.

All guests must be registered at the Visitor Control Center (VCC). MWR Card Program Members can not bring guests. The VCC is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted in the Bingo area.

A minimum regular packet purchase program is required to enter and participate.

Please always keep your receipt and entry ticket. Lost items cannot be refunded.

Only one-color dauber may be used per sheet. Daubers are required for play.

Packs and sheets may not be shared, saved, or reused.

The Caller will announce the sheet color for each game—please follow closely.

The Bingo board is for reference only. All numbers called by the Caller are final.

A valid Bingo must include the last number called. “Sleepers” are not allowed.

Players must clearly call out “BINGO” so the Caller can hear and stop the game.

Bingos cannot be claimed after the next number has been announced.

All winning cards must be verified by Bingo staff.

Please keep cell phones silent or on vibrate. Phone use during games is not allowed.

Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Management may ask individuals to leave without a refund.

A valid ID, Social Security number, and entry ticket are required to claim prizes.

Prizes of up to $2,000 may be paid in cash; larger amounts may be paid in whole or in part by check.

In the event of multiple winners, prizes will be split evenly among verified winners.
