Independence Day Celebration

Join us for an unforgettable evening of family fun at Fort Buchanan’s Independence Day Celebration, taking place on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the PX Parking Lot. This exciting community event is open to the public and offers something for everyone—live music, delicious food, family-friendly activities, and a dazzling fireworks display to close out the night.

Families will enjoy a lively entertainment lineup featuring a tribute to Gilbertito “Camínalo” salsa band, a Beatles tribute performance by Jukebox, and a high-energy show by Lími-T 21. DJ music will keep the energy flowing between sets, and a spectacular fireworks show will light up the sky for all to enjoy. Kids can enjoy inflatables, face painting, and more at our dedicated children’s area (available at an additional cost), while adults explore a variety of food kiosks and artisan vendors offering unique goods.

This year’s event will also include a special Enlisted Ceremony and a Military Display, giving families an opportunity to learn more about those who serve and the equipment they use. Guests are encouraged to bring folding chairs or blankets to relax and enjoy the evening in comfort.
