Virtual Challenge 100 Calorie Burn
  • Participants must burn (100) calories in one bout using physical exercise of their predilection like: cardio, strength, a sport, among others.
  • Participants must send visual evidence via email of having burned 100 calories (total body or upper torso picture and technology used to track the 100 calories), and completed waiver form.

All participants that complete the challenge will receive a coupon for (4) group exercise classes valid until April 28, 2022.
