With an array of techniques that involve specific high and low-intensity exercises, Jiu-Jitsu may be your new choice for keeping fit and breaking out of the fitness rut! Some of the many benefits of Jui Jitsu include improved aerobic capacity, body strength, increased mobility and so much more.

Come to The Sports & Fitness Center to take part in this challenging class your bound to enjoy!

  • At the MWR Sports & Fitness Center Bldg.148
  • Enjoy this class every Monday and Wednesday at 5 pm-6 pm or Tuesday and Thursday 6 am-7 am
  • $35.00 a month or drop-in class $5.00.
