Enjoy a detailed explanation of the agricultural aspects of growing cacao while walking through an award-winning cacao-producing farm. You will have the opportunity to taste the Cacao fruit on its pulp and toasted cacao. During this trip, we will visit Fajardo’s popular area named “Las Croabas,” where you will have the opportunity of participating in a Basic Salsa lesson where you can learn the basic steps and movements of the puertorrican Salsa and enjoy some sea or local food.

  • Includes transportation from Fort Buchanan (limited to 12 participants), water, and a guided tour (Food not included). An explanation of the process of creating chocolate from the cacao fruit. Hot chocolate drink with spices. Variety of crackers and cheese with tropical fruit marmalade.
