$20 per person, includes three-course dinner.

First Course:
Salmon Mousse Canapes
Creamy smoked salmon mousse with fresh dill and lemon piped on English Cucumber rosettes.
Entrée Choice:
Chicken A La King
A twist on the classic dish with a sautéed chicken breast on a bed of Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and garnished with the classic sauce of sweet peas, carrots and red peppers
OR
Mama’s Homestyle Meat Loaf
A generous portion of beef and pork meatloaf loaf on a bed of Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and served with sofrito brown sauce.
Dessert:
Fruit Jell-O Parfait
Silky Strawberry, Pineapple, sour cream Jell-O parfait to die for.
