- Seasoned Roasted Potatoes- with a  Rosemary, thyme, Garlic, and Pepper Seasoning 

- Crips Bacon and Breakfast Sausage

- French Toast Casserole with a Topping Bar of the Chef selection of Fruits and syrup 

- Grilled Chicken Breast with an Italian Chimichurri, Slow Cooked Ham- with a    Cinnamon Brown Sugar Glaze 

- Smoked Roasted Beef with an Au Jus sauce, Cilantro Rice    

- Scrambled eggs, hash browns, Make your own - waffle bar     

 Assorted of Croissants and Bread

Pasta Station; 

- Your choice of Pasta Penne, Orzo or Tortellini.  Sauces: Pesto, Marinara, and Alfredo.  Meats: Chicken, Meatballs or Italian Sausage. 

- Omelets Station; Your choice of Toppings Peppers, Mushrooms, Onion, Green Onions, Ham, Turkey, Cheddar Cheese or Mozzarella

- Fresh Tossed Salad with tomato, Sweet Onions, Peppers and Farmers Cheese

- Sautee Vegetables in a Butter thyme Glaze Sauce
